Sales Managers
(Based in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh)
Responsibilities:
- To promote, develop and market the range of products carried by the Company.
- To be responsible for the business development of new products.
- Develop new accounts and handle/service existing customers.
- Work closely with customers to meet customers’ need and satisfaction.
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts, quotation, generate proposals, presentation and pricing.
- To work closely with the General Manager (ASEAN) to support Business Development in Asia.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience - minimum 3 years (preferably 5-8 years) of proven track record in IT sales, exceeding sales targets consistently and a record of breakthroughs in different sales situations/projects.
- Knowledge of Banking Software and IT. Business Analytical Skills would be an advantage in banking areas like Backend Operations, Treasury, Cash Management or Trade Finance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to relate to C-level management and a good command of English.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills. Able to motivate professional services team to support sales activities and customer projects.
- Degree in Computer Science, or related discipline. An MBA would be an advantage
- Good technical & sales experience in financial IT solution and services.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills with high energy level as well as strong self motivational drive.
- Willing to travel within Asia
