Reliability Engineer / Singapore
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Implement a comprehensive predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance program
* Provide mechanical engineering support to plant operations to improve the reliability of equipment.
* Perform reliability analysis on all plant equipment failures and drive for corrective actions across functional groups.
* Perform PPM reviews for all plant equipment, facilitate review teams and RCA teams.
* Perform RCM study on plant equipment and optimise maintenance strategies to achieve long term business goals
* Act as a resource and team member as needed during Risk Based, Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality analyses or during the evaluation of specific equipment maintenance strategies.
* Provide the technical resourcing and expertise of specific processes or equipment to various functional groups.
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
* At least 5 years experience in reliability engineering work.
* Good exposure in mechanical / reliability engineering methodologies, FMEA, RCFA, RCM & RBI techniques.
* Good exposure in predictive and preventive maintenance techniques for chemical process / manufacturing equipment / utilities plant.
* Exposure to automation systems/mechatronics, DCS and PLC systems would be an added advantage.
* Knowledge on UltraPipe Software will be an added advantage.
* Must have ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
* Open to all Nationalities
